How do I create an account?

Click the Sign In button on the navigation bar, click 'Don't have an account? Sign Up' link, verify your ID, enter your details, and verify your email to activate your account.

How do I list an item for sale?

Click Sell on your navigation bar, upload images, add details (name, category, condition, price), and publish.

How do I contact a seller?

Open the item page and click on the 'Contact Seller' button. You can chat directly within the app.

How does payment work?

Payments are made securely via scanning an M-Pesa QR code in checkout page or requesting an STK push request . The buyer pays first, and funds are released to the seller after confirmation (entering an acquisition code provided by the buyer).

Can I remove my listing?

Yes. Go to your 'My Listings' section in account page, click the trash icon.

  • Click pickup location link in order-confirmation email receipt.
  • In case of doubt, contact seller via provided seller contact details in order-confirmation email receipt.
  • Provide seller acquisition code of the order to confirm item collection.
